WE ARE HIRING – MEDIA SALES EXPERT

We are looking for an experienced Media Sales Professional who has a strong background in selling advertising and media solutions to businesses and brands.

n

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B media sales and a proven ability to acquire clients, generate leads, pitch advertising solutions, negotiate deals, and close business.

n

Key Experience Required:

n

n
- Strong experience in Radio Advertising Sales
n
- Experience in Print Media / Newspaper Advertising Sales
n
- Experience in Digital Advertising & Digital Media Sales
n
- Experience selling Integrated Media / Advertising Packages
n
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, SMEs, corporates and local businesses will be an advantage
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Identify and approach potential advertisers and businesses
n
- Generate new leads and convert them into paying clients
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
n
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable media solutions
n
- Prepare and present advertising proposals and media plans
n
- Pitch radio, print, digital and integrated advertising packages
n
- Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
n
- Coordinate with internal creative,



media and operations teams to execute campaigns
n
- Upsell and cross-sell additional media and advertising solutions
n
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure repeat business
n

n

We are specifically looking for someone who:

n

Has a proven track record in media / advertising sales

n

Is comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and field sales

n

Has robust business development and negotiation skills

n

Can independently generate business rather than relying only on inbound leads

n

Understands how advertising decisions are made by brands and businesses

n

Has an existing client/agency network in the market

n

Is target-oriented, commercially smart and confident in closing deals

n

Can build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

n

Preferred Background:

n

Candidates from Radio, Newspaper/Print, Digital Media, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, Television, Outdoor or Integrated Media Companies are encouraged to apply.
