We’re Hiring: General Manager - Casantro| Livspace Livspace is India’s leading interior design and renovation platform. Backed by top global investors including KKR, Ingka Group, and Goldman Sachs, we’ve delivered 100,000+ homes across 87+ cities. We are seeking a high-performing, ambitious leader to step into the role of General Manager to own regional revenue, drive design excellence, and scale our growth story. Role Overview As General Manager , you will own the overall revenue for the region and manage key business and people metrics. You will drive business-critical initiatives—from product launches and process improvements to vendor base expansion—while serving as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace. What You'll Own Revenue & Business Growth: Drive regional revenue, run qualitative and quantitative analysis for business decisions, and take ownership of product launches, process improvements, and category expansion. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a young, ambitious city team (Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs). Design Quality & Closure: Own the quality of Design Closures for Livspace catalog products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Furniture & Decor)

KPI Delivery: Drive key operational metrics including timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, category penetration, C-Sat (customer satisfaction), and E-Sat (employee satisfaction). What We Are Looking For Education: B.Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture/Design. An MBA is an added advantage. Experience: 6 to 7+ years in the interior fit-out industry, in an operational role managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers. Leadership & Management: Direct team reporting experience is a must. Proven ability to hire, retain, coach, and motivate a diverse team. Core Competencies: Solid analytical capability, deep understanding of interior fit-out processes and market trends, sharp attention to detail, and a structured, startup-ready mindset.
