SDE 3 C++ - 4 to 10 Years

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase - 1) - WFO

Synopsis:

n

We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer with 4-10 years of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design and develop scalable software solutions
n
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
n
- Review code and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2)
n
- Lead a team of 4–8 engineers on technical delivery
n
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure performance & reliability
n
- Stay updated with emerging technologies
n




- Participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies
n

n

n

Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- Strong in C++, C , shell scripting, and object-oriented design
n
- Experience with CI/CD , code deployment, and debugging from scratch is a good to have
n
- Experience with Embedded Software ownership
n
- Robust Experience with Linux and networking protocols
n
- Proficient in data structures , algorithms , Linux , and SQL
n
- Familiar with GitLab , Eclipse , Visual Studio , Jira , and Confluence
n
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Jenkins is a plus
n
- Excellent communication and code refactoring skills
n
- Primarily on-site role (100%) , with WFH allowed only in exceptional cases
n
