Roles & Responsibilities

- Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats.
n
- Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual’s personality and tonality.
n
- Understand each one’s personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.
n
- Build original IPs — recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.
n
- Stay on top of current culture, trends, memes,



pop culture and emerging formats.
n
- Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.
n
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

What are we looking for

- Strong creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
n
- Deep understanding of social media and social culture.
n
- Someone who is constantly online and knows what’s trending and why.
n
- Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas.
n
- Freshers and interns with a strong content portfolio, personal page or creative work are encouraged to apply.
