Job Title: R&D; Executive – Beauty & Personal care

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 2-5 Years

Immediate joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise formulations for skincare and cosmetic products
- Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life
- Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies
- Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.)
- Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units
- Maintain detailed documentation and technical records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry,



Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Valuable understanding of ingredients, formulation techniques, and testing procedures
- Strong organisational and lab management skills

Preferred Qualities:
- Passionate about innovation in the beauty industry
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and team collaboration
