StepsAI helps businesses turn customer conversations into sales, leads, bookings, and resolved support requests.

Our AI agents work across websites, Shopify stores, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other customer channels.

They can answer questions, recommend products, capture leads, book meetings, track orders, handle support, and automate follow-ups 24/7.

We already have customers booking demos with us.

Now we are looking for someone who can take those opportunities and help turn them into successful customers.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Account Executive who can run product demos, understand customer needs, follow up with prospects, close deals, and help recent customers get started with StepsAI.

This is not primarily a cold-calling role.

You will mostly work with customers and businesses that have already shown interest in StepsAI or booked a demo.

You will own the journey from:





Demo → Follow-up → Close → Onboarding → Go Live

You will work closely with the founders and product team and learn how an early-stage AI SaaS company sells and grows.

What You'll Do

Run product demos
- Take scheduled demos with potential customers.
- Research the business before the call.
- Understand what the customer is trying to improve.
- Identify where StepsAI can help.
- Show relevant product use cases instead of giving the same demo to everyone.
- Explain StepsAI in simple business terms.

Typical use cases may include:
- Helping ecommerce customers choose products.
- Capturing website leads.
- Booking appointments or meetings.
- Handling customer support.
- Automating Instagram, WhatsApp, and website conversations.
- Following up with customers automatically.
