RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is a CA-led advisory firm based in Baner, Pune, providing professional services across Income Tax, GST, Audit, Accounting, Company Law, ROC/MCA, MahaRERA, NRI Taxation and Business Advisory.

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our growing team and take responsibility for client work across taxation, audit, compliance and advisory.

n

n

THE ROLE

n

n

This is a client-facing role offering a diverse mix of professional assignments. You will work on Income Tax, GST, TDS, tax planning, audits, finalisation of accounts and financial reporting, along with related regulatory compliances.

n

n

You will also get exposure to ROC/MCA, Company Law, FEMA, MahaRERA and NRI taxation, depending on client requirements. Our multidisciplinary team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Advocates allows you to collaborate across different areas of practice.

CLIENT & TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

* Manage assigned client engagements and ensure accurate, timely delivery.

n

* Communicate with clients, understand requirements and coordinate necessary information.

n

* Lead and execute Statutory, Tax & Internal Audit assignments.

n

* Handle and review Income Tax, GST & TDS compliance, advisory and tax planning.

n





* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP.

n

* Manage ROC, MCA, Company Law and other regulatory compliances.

n

* Guide and review the work of junior team members.

n

* Support financial analysis and business advisory assignments.

n

* Stay updated with relevant taxation, accounting and regulatory changes.

n

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

n

n

* Qualified CA – Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

n

* Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Audit, Accounting and Company Law.

n

* Strong analytical, communication and client-handling skills.

n

* Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

n

* Ability to guide and review junior team members.

n

* Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Winman and MS Excel.

n
