Mirav Labs is building an AI-powered Clinic Management Platform designed to transform how clinics and healthcare organisations manage their day-to-day operations, patient engagement and workflows.

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Co-Founder to lead the commercial journey from early customers to a scalable healthcare technology business.

n

n

This is a founder role — not a conventional sales job.

n

You will own:

n

n
- Go-to-market and sales strategy
n
- Building relationships with clinics, hospitals and healthcare groups
n
- Acquiring the first set of key customers
n
- Strategic partnerships and distribution channels
n
- Building and scaling the sales organisation
n
- Bringing customer and market insights into product strategy
n

n

Must Have

n

Proven leadership experience in Sales / Business Development within:

n

n
- Clinic Management / Hospital Management Software
n
- HealthTech / Healthcare Technology
n
- Hospital or Clinic SaaS
n




- Medical technology / digital healthcare
n
- BTech/MBA from a Tier 1 College would be preferred
n
- Minimum 7 years of experience
n

n

You should have a strong understanding of how doctors/clinics/small hospitals buy technology , an established network among doctors/clinics, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

n

We are particularly interested in someone who has built markets, opened current accounts and driven revenue—not simply managed an existing sales pipeline.
