Purpose Of Role:
nThe role holder is primarily will be responsible to hunt new logos in the market and expand BTI business. The person should have in-depth knowledge of Telecom service providers business and also good insight of BT's portfolio of services. He/she negotiates at a high level, but within well-defined limits of delegation.
nKey Responsibilities:

- To make a significant contribution to company's sales revenue by hunting new opportunities in the market covering global requirementsn
- Person would be responsible for all parameters such as order booking, Revenue, EBITDA, customer experience etc...n
- Work with customers across region.n
- To define, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategyn

- Medium-term business strategy and objectives typically guide this role, although there may be involvement in the formulation and development of future policy.n
- Impact is primarily short-term but may develop plans over the medium term.n
- Assesses customer relationships and service level.n

- Engineering degree with management & relevant job experiencen

nSkills/Experience:

- Relevant hunting experience working with Telecom Service Providers in the sales function.n
- Good leadership skills in managing, engaging and coaching.n
- Strong presentation skills & knowledge of various portfolio of services.n
- Person should have minimum of 15+ unique sales experience with focus on hunting new opportunities & working with existing customers for cross sell/up. In-depth knowledge of BT's portfolio and combining with systems integrators models to open new areas.n
