Qualifications

- Strong Software Development and Product Development skills, with experience building and scaling consumer-facing or social media platforms.
n
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, data management, and systems integration.
n
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, overseeing complex technical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
n
- Experience leading technology organizations, including team building, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
n
- Background in designing secure, high-availability, and high-performance systems,



ideally in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
n
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Delhi, collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convert business goals into actionable technical plans.
n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
n
- Experience with data analytics, personalization, or social graph technologies is a robust plus.
n
- Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, and security considerations related to social media platforms is beneficial.
