Our client, a well-established specialty chemicals and dyestuffs trading company, is hiring a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager.

The candidate will act as a key link between customers, Sales, Accounts, suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and management, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, timely material availability, and on-time deliveries.

Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

n

- Collect and process sub-distributor orders from the Sales team and place the order with the Supplier.
n
- Coordinate availability and dispatch, and track deliveries through to completion of every order
n
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery process, coordinating with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Customers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
n
- Place purchase orders with suppliers based on requirements discussed with the Sales team, and continuously track orders to ensure materials arrive on time in our warehouse.
n
- Coordinate with customers and sub-distributors,



providing order updates, handling queries, following up on deliveries, and resolving billing, dispatch, or service-related issues.
n
- Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for vehicle placement, dispatch scheduling, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
n
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports covering orders, stock, dispatches, pending deliveries, receivables, and reconciliations, while proactively highlighting delays or issues to management.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in logistics, order management, or customer service.
n
- Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
n
- Experience in order processing, supplier follow-ups, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
n
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
n
- Experience in a trading/distribution environment is preferred.
