Position: Revit Engineer Location: Pune, Maharashtra (or project-specific) Experience: 3–6 years in BIM/Revit Modeling

We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
n
- Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
n
- Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
n
- Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
n
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
n
- Prepare general layouts,



demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.
n
- Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
n
- Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Plant 3D.
n
- Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model review.
n
- Hands-on experience in industrial factories, automotive, manufacturing, and chemical projects.
n
- Ability to work on brownfield and greenfield projects.
n
- Strong project management, team collaboration, and communication skills.
n

Qualifications

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
n
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM modeling.
n
- Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential projects preferred.
