We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!

n

Location: Pune

n

Experience: 1+ Years

n

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA / ₹5.5 LPA

n

Shift: Rotational Shifts

n

Work Mode: Work From Office

n

Levels: JL 2A / JL 3A

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment

n

✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities and billing-related queries

n

✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience is preferred

n

✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage

n

✅ Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders

n

✅ Prepare reports and perform analysis using MS Excel

n

✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions

n

✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials





n

n

Key Requirements

n

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

✔ Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

n

✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy

n

✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts

n

✔ Comfortable working from office

n

✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience preferred

n
