- Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ

- Experience in application onboarding, connectors, and rule configuration

- Strong experience in user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management (JML)
n
- Ability to design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ
n
- Experience in integrating SailPoint with internal and external systems
n
- Knowledge of Access Reviews (Certification campaigns) and customization
n
- Experience in implementing RBAC, ABAC, and SoD controls
n
- Ability to develop and maintain IAM technical documentation
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
