Role & responsibilities:

Data Management:

n

n
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
n
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
n
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
n

Analysis and Reporting:

n

n
- Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Advance Excel functions to analyse operational data.
n
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.
n
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.
n

Dashboard Development:

n

n
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Excel
n




- Customize dashboards to meet specific departmental or stakeholder requirements.
n
- Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights.
n

n

Process Optimization and stakeholder management:

n

n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
n
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements.
n
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting.
n

Preferred candidate profile:

n

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field required.
n
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an Analyst
n
- Proficiency in data analysis tools Advance Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)
n
- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
n
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, has positive attention to detail
n
- Experience in CRM and sales automation tools.
