Job Description

REVIV is a doctor-led IV therapy clinic offering NAD+, glutathione, hydration and recovery protocols, both in-clinic and as an at-home concierge service. We are looking for someone to own the client journey from first enquiry to repeat visit.

What you'll own

- Respond to every inbound enquiry (WhatsApp, call, web form, Instagram DM) within 5 minutes during clinic hours.

- Run consultative conversations that match a client's goal — energy, recovery, skin, immunity, jetlag — to the right protocol, and convert to a booked, paid appointment
n
- Sell multi-session packages and memberships, not just single drips
n
- Manage front-of-house: greet clients, handle check-in, maintain the arrival experience to a five-star standard
n
- Coordinate the daily schedule between doctors, nurses and at-home concierge visits
n
- Own the follow-up cycle: post-session check-ins, rebooking, and reactivation of dormant clients
n
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM; report weekly on enquiries, conversion, and revenue
n
- Request and follow up on Google reviews from satisfied clients
n
- Escalate all clinical questions to the medical team — never advise on medical suitability independently
n




- Prepare a Monday-morning handover note before your day off so the clinical team can cover anything time-sensitive
n
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment with clinic goals.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic workplace for patients and staff.

You should have

n

n
- 3–6 years in a client-facing conversion role at a premium aesthetic clinic, dermatology or hair transplant centre, fertility clinic, luxury spa, or five-star hotel guest relations
n
- Comfort explaining wellness and medical concepts in plain language without overclaiming
n
- Fluent English & Hindi or Kannada; a third language is a plus.
n
- Immaculate personal presentation and phone manner
n
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Calendar

You'll do well here if you understand that our clients are buying reassurance and precision, and that discounting is not a tool available to you.

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru. On-site only.

n

Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Monday weekly off. This is an on-floor role — you are the first person a client sees and the voice they hear before they arrive.
