Company Description CLM Training Lab provides an interactive simulation platform that connects legal theory with real-world corporate contract operations. The platform offers hands-on practice across the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, execution, obligation tracking, and renewal. It is designed primarily for law students and junior lawyers who want to build practical, market-ready skills. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at CLM Training Lab. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with law schools, universities and corporate employers, and will manage a pipeline of prospects from initial outreach to close.

Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation through research and outreach, qualifying prospects, conducting online demos,



and following up with tailored proposals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, gathering feedback on the platform, and collaborating with the internal team to refine offerings, messaging, and campaigns. The person in this role will track key metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand CLM Training Lab’s reach in the legal education and legal tech markets.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with legal education, legal tech, or contract lifecycle management is highly beneficial.
