NWe are looking for a professional, presentable, warm, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk and reception activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a positive and seamless experience for patients and visitors.
N n Roles & Responsibilities
NGreet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, polite, and skilled manner.
NManage all front desk andreception activities efficiently.
NHandle patient registration, billing, and payment-related coordination.
NSchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
NRespond to patient queries through online, offline, and telephonic channels .
NGuide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments, consultation rooms, or service areas.




NCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
NHandle incoming calls andprovide accurate information to patients and visitors.
NMaintain front desk records and ensure proper documentation.
NAddress basic patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
NEnsure the reception areais organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.
NPerform other administrative and front office responsibilities as assigned.
N n Required Skills & Qualifications
NMinimum 1+ year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, or any relevant industry.
NExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
NPleasant personality witha professional and presentable appearance.
NWarm, polite, courteous, and customer-oriented approach.
