SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Platform Events
Integrate Agentforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Configure and optimize Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and AI-powered workflows.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data sources to power intelligent agent responses.
