About the Role
The Senior Demand Operations Technology Administrator is a senior technical consultant embedded within Hyland's Demand Operations function. This role provides admin-level expertise across marketing automation and sales engagement platforms — with a primary focus on AI optimization, automation, Marketo, and working knowledge of 6sense, Qualified, cookie compliance, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
This role goes beyond executing requests — it is about solving complex Demand Ops problems holistically, using solid technical judgment and a deep understanding of Hyland's internal processes to design scalable, governable, and maintainable solutions. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
Serve as a senior administrator for Demand Ops marketing technologies,



ensuring all solutions align with platform best practices and internal governance standards; design solutions that account for downstream impacts, reuse, and long-term supportability — not just immediate delivery.
Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes; design, develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end automated workflows across marketing operations, analytics, and other business functions.
Diagnose and resolve complex automation, data, and integration issues across Marketo, 6sense, Qualified, Salesforce, and Salesloft; build Salesforce and platform reports to surface trends, patterns, and diagnostics that support informed business decisions.
