As a MarTech Expert, you lead the delivery and evolution of defined marketing business processes through technology enabled transformation. Working closely with the Head of MarTech, you are accountable for translating enterprise MarTech strategy into executable process designs, driving adoption through change, and delivering sustained business impact across markets.

Your role is focused on end-to-end business-to-technology process mapping, transformation delivery, and value realisation for assigned process domains.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:



Contribute to the enterprise MarTech strategy by shaping the roadmap and priorities for assigned process domains, ensuring alignment with the direction set by the Head of MarTech.
Marketing process and capability ownership: Own the end-to-end mapping of assigned marketing business processes to MarTech capabilities, translating current ways of working into scalable, technology-enabled processes.
Operating model and governance leadership: Apply defined governance frameworks, decision principles, and operating standards to ensure consistent enablement, usage, and monitoring of owned processes.
Transformation and portfolio oversight: Drive delivery of assigned MarTech initiatives within the transformation portfolio, ensuring changes are adopted, embedded and deliver intended business outcomes.
Stakeholder partnership: Work with senior business stakeholders within assigned domains to align expectations, manage change impact and resolve cross -functional dependencies.
