Why This Role Exists
Jolt's founders are raising a round, and they need someone who can move fast on the mechanics of it — decks, models, investor lists, outreach, and scheduling — so they can spend their time in the room instead of managing logistics. This role is built for someone who has done this before: you should already know what a good pitch deck looks like, what investors actually ask for, and how to keep a fundraise moving without being told every next step.

What You'll Own




01 Pitch Deck & Narrative
Build and refine the pitch deck with the founders, translating the business story into a sharp, investor-ready narrative.
Iterate quickly based on investor feedback and questions from earlier meetings.
02 Financial Modeling
Build and maintain the financial model behind the raise, including revenue projections, unit economics, and use of funds.
Stress-test the assumptions investors are most likely to push on before they ask.
03 Investor Research & Outreach
Build and maintain a target investor list matched to Jolt's stage, sector, and geography.
Run outreach to get initial investor conversations started, and keep the pipeline of interest moving.
04 Meeting Coordination
Own scheduling and logistics for founder-investor meetings, keeping momentum and follow-ups moving without the founders having to chase.
05 Data Room & Diligence Support
Build and maintain the data room, and
