The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist to manage our books, improve reporting, and support smarter business decisions as we scale.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts

Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly performance and financial reports

Provide administrative support as needed





Advise on process improvements and key financial metrics

Minimum 1 Year Bookkeeping Experience With QuickBooks

Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
