About StapuBox
StapuBox is building the world’s first sports networking platform. Alongside the consumer platform, we are increasingly powering sports tournaments and engagement for Corporates, Residential Societies, and Sports Venues & Academies.
We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive who can represent StapuBox externally, build strong relationships, convert opportunities, and grow these partnerships over time.
This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll work closely with the founders and own relationships from first conversation to onboarding, execution, and repeat business.

What You’ll Own?
Build and grow partnerships across Corporates, Residential Societies, and Sports Venues & Academies.
Identify and connect with decision-makers - HR & Employee Engagement leaders, RWA/AOA members, venue/academies and tournament organizers.
Lead conversations, meetings, presentations and product demos.
Accompany founders for key meetings and pitches, and independently represent StapuBox as relationships progress.




Understand partner requirements and position StapuBox’s tournament and sports engagement solutions accordingly.
Own follow-ups and move opportunities from initial interest to conversion.
Onboard recent partners and work with internal teams to ensure smooth tournament setup and execution.
Act as a relationship owner / customer success point for key partners.
Drive repeat tournaments, referrals & expansion to long-term sports engagement.
Represent StapuBox at tournaments, meetings and events, including travel within/outside the city when required.

Your Primary Goal
Convert societies, corporates, venues/academies to active StapuBox partners.
Build strong relationships that go beyond a single tournament.
Ensure partners have a great experience from onboarding through execution.
Repeat successful engagements to make long-term partnerships.
Help establish StapuBox as the go-to platform for powering amateur sports tournaments and engagement.
