ORN.com is looking for accomplished sales professionals who know how to build trust with discerning, high-value customers.

You may come from travel, hospitality, luxury, wealth, premium retail, real estate, aviation, concierge, private banking, lifestyle services or another high-touch customer business.
What matters most is that you have personally handled HNI / UHNI / CXO / entrepreneur / premium family customers, understand how to sell through trust rather than pressure, and are comfortable owning significant customer relationships.
Being well travelled and having solid international destination exposure, especially Europe, is a major advantage.
Who we are looking for
You should ideally have:
5–10+ years of professional sales or relationship-management experience
Strong experience handling HNI, UHNI, CXO, entrepreneur and premium family customers
A proven record of converting high-value enquiries and building long-term customer relationships
Experience selling complex, high-consideration products or services




The maturity and confidence to advise demanding, well-informed customers
Excellent spoken and written communication
Strong commercial judgement and negotiation ability
The ability to understand a customer deeply rather than simply respond to a request
High ownership — from first conversation through decision and follow-up
Comfort working with affluent customers who expect speed, judgement, discretion and attention to detail
Experience that will be especially valuable
