Min 4-8 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting, Data Sourcing, Data Lineage, ETL Pipeline and data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and create functional specifications for regulatory reporting systems and processes.
Communicate complex data findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist in the implementation of Axiom-based reporting systems (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with relevant capital market and commercial banking regulations in reporting.
Data Sourcing: Identify data origins, evaluate source system reliability, and onboard new data feeds.
Data Lineage: Map end-to-end data flows from source to consumption using automated tools and manual documentation.
Data Mapping: Create transparent mapping documents between source systems and target data warehouses or lakes.
Ability to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or quality issues and propose solutions.
