Spotnxt is building an AI-powered acquisition engine that helps businesses improve customer acquisition and advertising performance.
We're looking for an energetic Business Development Intern who can help us connect with business owners across Tamil Nadu and generate qualified sales meetings.
What you'll do
Identify potential business owners and decision-makers across Tamil Nadu.
Reach out through cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Introduce Spotnxt and understand the prospect's business needs.
Qualify potential customers.
Schedule qualified meetings with our sales/founder team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain the lead pipeline.
Track outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and meetings.
Work toward weekly meeting-generation targets.
What we're looking for
Strong Tamil communication skills.
Confident speaking with business owners.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to learn sales, digital marketing, AI, and customer acquisition.
Students, fresh graduates, and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
