We are looking for a Communication Trainer who can train and coach our employees in the following areas:

Professional and effective communication
Clear and confident speech
Appropriate tone and voice modulation
Empathy and patient-centric communication
Active listening
Pronunciation and speech clarity
Appropriate questioning and responses
Handling difficult or emotional callers
Professional call etiquette and overall call-handling skills
Covering Americanism

The trainer should be energetic, engaging, and vibrant. We want the training sessions to be positive, interactive, and engaging so that trainees feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and continuously improving their communication skills.

The trainer should also conduct regular call reviews, role-plays, mock calls, assessments, and one-on-one coaching to ensure that the employees can effectively apply what they learn during actual patient and healthcare-related calls.

Experienced: 1-3 years minimum (Communication Trainer in BPO industry)
