Role Description




The Lead Civil and Structural Design Engineer will oversee and execute civil and structural design for extra high voltage substations (AIS/GIS) and overhead line projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. In this full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, the engineer will perform detailed analysis and design using tools such as STAAD.Pro and RCDC, prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation, and coordinate closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding junior engineers, managing design deliverables and schedules, supporting project planning and interface management, and addressing technical queries from clients and contractors.
