Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Specialist – Park+ & Security Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves driving sales and business development for Park+ smart parking and parking management solutions,



while also promoting Pheonix Security Systems’ wider range of security and automation products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, conducting site visits, presenting suitable solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating demonstrations, negotiating with customers, and managing the sales process from lead generation through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

Park+ Solutions

* Generate new business opportunities for Park+ parking and mobility solutions across commercial and residential properties.
* Identify and approach potential customers, including apartments, gated communities, malls, hospitals, hotels, offices, IT parks, educational institutions, factories, parking facilities, and commercial establishments.
