Job Purpose:

Royal Enfield seeks to enable a protected and seamless connected experience for every rider by thoughtfully integrating their digital worlds into the vehicle technology ecosystem. As part of this role you’ll be at the forefront of automotive technology for the next generation of our motorcycles (Traditional Connected and Electric). You will design how the various modules of the connected vehicles digital solution will interact with one another and with existing systems. You will own the solution architecture, including all components, middleware, interfaces and application programming interfaces (APIs) required for the connected ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

Lead and design the solution architecture, including all components, middleware, interfaces and application programming interfaces (APIs) required
Define the testing and scalability requirements




Collaborate with IT teams to assess technical requirements
Develop technology solutions and map product requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan
Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
Contribute across the technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment to native apps
Leverage agile prototyping practices and transformation experts to provide a differentiating and distinctive service
Develop excellent working relationships with diverse teams and job functions throughout the organization
Proactively identify and manage technical risks/issues
Ensure quality assurance for solutions and mitigations on complex issues
Demonstrate leadership in product quality, technical excellence and engineering practices.
