Role Description The Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar. In this position, the Caller contacts existing and potential customers to receive grocery orders, confirm delivery details, and provide information about available products and services. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, updating order records accurately, and coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely service.
