Role Description The Abacus Tutor role at Indian Abacus is a full-time, on-site position based in Vandavasi. The tutor will conduct structured Abacus classes for children aged 5 to 13, following the company’s established curriculum and teaching methodology. Daily tasks include demonstrating the use of digital and non-digital abacus tools, guiding students through practice exercises,



and monitoring their progress in mental arithmetic and concentration skills. The tutor will prepare lesson plans, maintain classroom discipline, provide regular feedback to students and guardians, and participate in assessments and examinations. The role also involves collaborating with the center’s team to organize student activities, workshops, and events that support continuous learning.
