Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bancca Insurance role based in Motihari.



The role involves developing and maintaining robust relationships with bank branches and staff to drive sales of ABSLI insurance products, including protection, savings, and retirement solutions. The individual will conduct regular customer meetings, explain product features and benefits, and support customers through the end-to-end policy issuance process. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales and service targets, managing queries and concerns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for training, marketing support, and resolving operational issues to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
