About the Role Amethyst Tours is expanding and looking for a highly motivated Growth Partner to drive customer acquisition and scale our group travel excursions and outdoor treks. This is an entrepreneurial partnership rather than a traditional employment setup. You will operate autonomously, leveraging your sales acumen and network to generate bookings for our itineraries, earning a direct percentage of the revenue you bring in.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new clientele for upcoming group treks, weekend excursions, and custom tour packages.
Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Build and maintain partnerships with corporate groups, educational institutions, travel influencers, and local communities.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial outreach to final booking confirmation.
Collaborate on market research to identify trending destinations and optimize current travel offerings.
