Role Description The Portfolio Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Portfolio Manager will oversee real estate investment portfolios, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to optimize returns while managing risk. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends,



evaluating investment opportunities, preparing financial models and reports, and executing portfolio adjustments in line with company objectives and client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on portfolio status, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The Portfolio Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, assist in client presentations, and support decision-making related to trading or rebalancing of investment positions.
