Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, focused on driving residential property sales and supporting Arun Excello’s customer-centric approach.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective buyers, explaining project features and pricing, conducting site visits, and guiding customers through the booking and documentation process. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads from various channels, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The Sales Specialist also responds to customer inquiries, addresses concerns promptly, and contributes to achieving individual and team sales targets. Participation in promotional events, exhibitions, and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and market trends is expected.
