Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist – Rubber Technologist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing activities for rubber-related products and solutions in the Ludhiana region. This full-time, on-site role includes identifying and engaging prospective customers,



managing existing client relationships, and providing technical guidance on rubber formulations and applications. The specialist will conduct market research, prepare product presentations, support pricing decisions, and coordinate promotions aligned with the company’s marketing strategies. Daily tasks include visiting customers, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
