Role Description The Senior Architect with 5 years of experience, will work on-site in Thane in a full-time capacity, leading design projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves overseeing project timelines, managing design teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and approval processes. The Senior Architect will review construction documents, conduct site visits,



resolve design-related issues, and contribute to design standards and best practices within the studio.

Qualifications

Candidate should possess excellent knowledge of bye laws of MIDC, CIDCO, NMMC, etc.
Candidates should possess robust skills in Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, detailing, preparing bill of quantities, tender documents and good for construction documents.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development as applied to architecture, including familiarity with relevant design and BIM tools.
Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong technical drawing and documentation skills.
