The role requires a strategic and data-driven marketer who can work closely with sales, product, content, SEO, design, and other teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and revenue objectives
Lead demand generation, inbound marketing, and performance marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, search, social media, email, content, and other relevant channels
Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns and workflows in collaboration with sales teams
Drive marketing initiatives for AI, B2B SaaS, HR Tech, HRMS,



Payroll, ATS, and employee engagement solutions
Work closely with content and SEO teams to develop SEO-driven content, thought leadership, product marketing assets, and campaign content
Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market initiatives to effectively communicate product value and differentiation
Monitor and analyze campaign, lead, website, and sales performance to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation software
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness
Conduct market and competitor research to identify current opportunities, audience insights, and emerging trends
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective and timely campaign execution
