We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base across the US and Indian markets.

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, nurturing, and closing recent business opportunities, primarily with small and medium-sized businesses in the US and India.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role involving LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, cold calling, discovery calls, proposal presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. You will work closely with the Founder to refine our sales strategy, improve positioning, and build a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and research potential SMB clients across the US and Indian markets.
Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, decision-maker profile, and service requirements.
Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach to founders, business owners, marketing heads, and other decision-makers.
Plan and execute outbound email campaigns, including writing cold emails, follow-up sequences, and personalized pitches.
Make cold calls and confidently introduce ROAS Digital’s services to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on their business needs, marketing challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-making authority.
Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect’s goals, pain points, current marketing activities, and growth opportunities.
Present ROAS Digital’s capabilities and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, quotations, scopes of work,
