Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Data Center Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Center infrastructure and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and performance of data center operations while leading a team of engineers and administrators. The role requires solid technical expertise in data center technologies, infrastructure management, incident handling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Data Center Operations team.
Ensure continuous availability and smooth functioning of Data Center infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, network devices, and virtualization platforms.
Manage Data Center power, cooling, rack space, and environmental controls.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.




Coordinate hardware installations, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare operational reports, capacity planning reports, and management dashboards.
Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational excellence standards.
Mentor, guide, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and training programs.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in Data Center Operations and Infrastructure Management.
Hands-on experience with:
Servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco UCS)
Storage Technologies
