Architectural Draughtsman | TAD Architects

TAD Architects, Chennai, is looking for a skilled Architectural Draughtsman to join our design team.

We are looking for someone who can take an architect’s design intent and turn it into accurate, detailed and practical working drawings.

What you will do

* Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations and working drawings
* Develop construction and detail drawings
* Prepare details for staircases, toilets, doors/windows, kitchens and joinery
* Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements
* Coordinate drawings with architects, structural consultants and site teams
* Maintain accurate and well-organised drawing sets

What we are looking for

* Strong AutoCAD skills
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience




* Good understanding of architectural working drawings and construction detailing
* Ability to read and understand architectural designs/sketches
* Positive understanding of materials, dimensions, levels and basic construction
* Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
* Revit knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory
