Job Responsibilities
Review User Access Request Forms received from clients and internal teams for accuracy
Submit User Access Requests in IT Central
Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity
Complete required trainings within required timelines
Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution
Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients
Perform troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner
Gather, investigate, and research background materials to understand subject matters and systems
Ensure regulatory requirements and corporate policies are adhered to
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external user community
Liaise with internal collaborators for routing/escalation as needed
