Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform. We are backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway (now General Catalyst). We have built the largest white collar talent database in India and have built tools to run outbound recruiting campaigns to them.
About the role
You’ll work closely with the founders on some of the most key problems at the company.
There isn’t a fixed lane for this role. What you work on will depend on what the company needs at the time. That could mean figuring out why a product isn’t growing, launching a recent product or market, improving an internal process, working with customers, researching a new opportunity, or taking on a project that simply doesn’t have an obvious owner yet.
This is a hands-on role. We’re not looking for someone whose job ends at analysing a problem and making a recommendation. You should be comfortable getting into the details and doing the work yourself.
As the company grows,



the problems you work on will change. We expect the role to change with them.
What you’ll work on
Depending on the week, you might:
Take a new idea from a rough hypothesis to something we can actually test
Dig into a part of the business that isn’t working well, understand why, and fix it
Work on growth for an existing product, including talking to customers, improving positioning, running experiments, or helping close important deals
Research a new market, product, partnership, or business prospect and decide whether it is worth pursuing
Build a process or internal tool where none exists today
Work with product and engineering to turn customer or business problems into product changes
Take ownership of projects that cut across teams and would otherwise fall between the cracks
Help the founders make decisions by getting to the underlying facts quickly
Some projects will last a few days. Others may become something
