THE ROLE

/n

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Loan Kavach sales team.

/n

You will engage with prospective and existing customers through phone and chat, understand their requirements, explain the product, address questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into customers.

/n

This is a target-driven sales role requiring strong communication, customer-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.

/n

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

/n

/n
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads and introduce Loan Kavach.
/n
- Understand customer requirements and explain the product,



benefits, pricing, and terms.
/n
- Handle customer questions and objections and work towards successful conversion.
/n
- Follow up with interested and warm leads.
/n
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
/n
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales information in the CRM.
/n
- Follow defined sales processes and ensure clear, professional, and transparent customer communication.
/n
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
/n
- Share relevant customer feedback and recurring objections with the team.
/n

WHAT YOU BRING

/n

/n
- 6 Months–2 Years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
/n
- Strong Hindi and En874149glish communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
/n
- Good persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and customer communication skills.
/n
