Role Description The Telecaller role at EdifyChamps is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective parents and students, explain EdifyChamps’ tutoring services, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining call records, and supporting the enrollment process. Daily activities include answering incoming calls, providing accurate information, addressing basic concerns,



and forwarding complex queries to the appropriate team. The role also involves meeting defined call and conversion targets while maintaining a customer-focused, courteous communication style.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and create a positive caller experience.
