Role Overview
This role is responsible for promoting and selling the Advanced WhatsApp CRM platform to businesses across India, combining direct sales — lead generation through closing and renewal — with marketing support for both the company and its clients.
This platform is a powerful WhatsApp CRM built for up-to-date businesses — helping one manage customer relationships, send personalised template messages, and scale WhatsApp marketing with ease. Seamlessly integrated with the WhatsApp Business API, it puts entire communication workflow in one intuitive dashboard.
The associate completes structured training on the platform and Digiworld Ninjas' sales process before taking on independent client-facing work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell the Advanced WhatsApp CRM platform to small and medium businesses, corporate clients, and institutional partners across India.

Assess client needs and recommend the right modules — from Core Tools (Contacts, Leads Pipeline, Auto-Tagging) through Messaging & Broadcasts (Live Chat, Templates, Campaigns, Scheduled Jobs) to the Automation & AI Suite (AutoFlow Builder, DesaBot Setup, Agent Studio, Agent Apps) — based on client industry and growth goals.
3. Support marketing efforts for the company and its clients — assisting with digital campaigns, social media outreach, lead-capture forms, and promotional content to drive visibility and inbound leads.
4. Deliver in-person and virtual product demonstrations explaining the practical value of the platform's automation tools, campaign features, and data-security safeguards.
5. Negotiate pricing and close new subscriptions with business owners, per company pricing guidelines; manage client accounts post-sale, including onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
