KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Store Revenue & Sales Performance
- Drive overall store revenue and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and align with business goals
- Focus on high-value couture and bespoke sales, especially wedding and occasion wear
- Track and improve Average Order Value (AOV)



through complete look selling
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions
- Implement strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, and ticket size

2. Client Engagement & Luxury Experience
- Deliver a highly personalized and premium luxury retail experience to every client
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strong follow-ups and engagement
- Understand client lifestyles, occasions, and wardrobe requirements in depth
- Personally manage VIP and high-value clients when required
- Ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys—from consultation to final delivery
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and discretion

3. Couture & Bespoke Sales Leadership
- Lead couture and bespoke sales across the store
- Guide clients through complete journeys—from concept, fabric selection, and styling to delivery
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, storyt
