Drive group insurance business growth through existing and current tie-ups. • Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Provide training, product awareness, and support to partner staff. • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for group credit life products. Track partner performance and ensure achievement of productivity benchmarks. • Product Customization & Support: oUnderstand partner requirements and collaborate with the product team to develop tailored credit life solutions.



Provide end-to-end support for group scheme setup, onboarding, and servicing. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales, onboarding, and servicing activities comply with IRDAI and internal guidelines. Oversee accurate and timely documentation and MIS reporting. • Claim Support: Coordinate with operations and claims team to ensure smooth claim processing for partners.
